Best dairy free option on the market! Non gritty like others I've had in the past, tastes a tad chalky but the vanilla's quite strong which is rare to find! Keeps me comfortably full on my hungry girl days for a good 3/4 hours before my greedy self wants a snack, however if unlike me you have self control you could eaaaasily have 2-3scoops with a pint of soy/oat milk breakfast & again for lunch without needing anything else!

As a woman of a certain age, along with being lactose and gluten intolerant I wanted to shed a few pounds and replace a meal with a " shake ". I found this and couldn't wait to try it. I bought the vanilla flavour and found it to be very pleasant in taste. I mix mine with water and found the consistency just perfect , 1 scoop to 250ml of water. I purchased a shake beaker which has a mini whisk inside which mixes the powder with the water perfectly. The only thing I would say is that it is quite expensive as you only get 12 days out of the amount in the packet. Saying this I will definitely be buying it again as I am losing the extra pounds and it makes me feel great.

Sad to say, but this upset my (already upset) stomach in a big way. This isn't to say that it will do the same for anybody else, but as I have had stomach problems for over a year (under doctors and hospital for diagnosis and sorting) I thought I'd give this a go and see if it helped. Sadly it didn't - but it may suit you. Yes, it is a bit fiddly to mix it, but once you get used to it, it mixes well - and you can vary the thickness of it to suit your taste.

You state this is soya free yet it has SOY protein isolate as the first ingredient ...I was going to buy before I saw that

Gluten free doesn't always taste good ~ this is an exception, tastes great & very filling.

I normally use Almased, which mixes with water like this does - but doesn't froth up into this weird, toothpasty foam which is entirely synthetic. The powder is so fine that it goes everywhere if you aren't careful, goes into lumps, and needs a lot of mixing. It then foams up as described, but it's nothing like food or drink - somewhere in between - and there is a strong taste of vanilla and a metallic tangy aftertaste that lasted for hours with me. I don't buy 'normal' milkshake so perhaps this is the normal texture but I couldn't bear it.

It has a flavour strong enough to be tasted through roasted almond milk, but it's not over powering. Mixes easily and thoroughly, leaving a smooth shake that goes down real easy. I will definitely be purchasing it again.
