Shoild this item come as 4 loose items clattering together or be in i dividual sleeves like in the picture? .

I think mine came individually, but I don’t remember the sales picture suggesting they were that well packaged to be honest! But it was a while ago! They’ve been fine though for me. They were to go with some other item that I store in my old pencil case, so they’re neat and tidy now anyway. Probably less storage space than if they came in a packet to be honest too

Could it pry open a paint can?

The tool is not designed for that kind of task, but for carefully opening electronic devices. However, depending on how well the lid is closed, it may be able to pry it open.
