Great product
I have been using this product for years. The flavor and sweet heat is great in Chili, baked beans, and on hamburgers covered with cheddar cheese. It looks like most of the bad reviews are mostly loose lids, etc. with shipping. I order 3 jars per order and everyone loves my cooking when I use this product. The product is great on homemade pizza.

Poor packaging
Broken and leaked all in the little bit of packaging. I’ve ordered them before and they are tasty but I won’t be eating out of an opened jar. No refund or return policy or I’d exchange them for unopened. $25 wasted.

Tasty but Pricey
I usually get this product in the local supermarket, which appears to have stopped carrying them. They are delicious, although as mentioned elsewhere in the Reviews, not packed as well as they should be. And now, the price is some 30% higher than the last time I bought them, making them not much of a value
