Why is the zip upside down on my beanbag?

The zip is installed upside down (for safety) so this step can be a little fiddly but this helps prevent little fingers from getting in and emptying beans everywhere!

How do I keep the shape in my beanbag?

It is quite natural with use that after time the polystyrene beads will begin to compress. Sometimes a simple 'shake' of your beanbag will help. If a top-up is required, these are available to purchase from our brand store homepage
