Everyone! I love this nasal spray. It’s amazing. I was having trouble sleeping at night, and figured since instead of buying more nasal strips I would try this. Wow! It worked so well. Told my Dr. she said great, keep using it! A month later, I keep getting nose bleeds, and stuffy noses, and getting congested easier and easier and really dry nostrils. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN THREE DAYS AT A TIME! Says right on the box! It says on the BOTTLE don’t use more than twice in 12 hours or something, but to also read the box for more info. READ THE BOX. My Dr was the one who found this info in my recent checkup. If she hadn’t, I probably would have gotten sicker. Currently I have a bunch of mucus in my chest and am having a hard time coughing it up, but that’s MY fault for not reading the directions. AGAIN. This product is amazing. It clears your sinuses fantastically. Like, in seconds. Just please, remember to read labels! 🫥

This Zicam spray has been a lifesaver for my husband when he’s super congested 🤧💛. The no-drip formula is amazing — it stays right where he sprays it and doesn’t run down his throat (thank God 😅). The applicator is really easy for him to use, and it sprays evenly every time 👍. It works almost instantly, which is the best part 🙌💨. Within minutes he can breathe again, and the relief lasts a long time so he’s not reapplying it constantly. He also likes that it has aloe in it, so it feels soothing and doesn’t burn like some other sprays 🌿✨. If he needs something strong, fast, and simple to use, this one is definitely worth it. Total must-have during cold season or allergies 💙🌬️.

I don't know what it is but this works fantastic. Every time my husband gets a gold, he uses it on the first day. I was stubborn and did not. Is cold only lasted about three days, Mine lasted two weeks. Second time, around a year later I got a coId used it and it only lasted a few days and not nearly as bad. I now keep it in stock at all times.

Clears my sinuses fast and keeps them clear for at least 12 hours. No drip, very mild burn for a few seconds. No rebound affect like other brands.

Well well well... where has this been all of my life. opens nasal passages right up and allows you to breathe.

I have had a lifelong problem with my nose stuffing up. A friend recommended this spray, which I use every 12 hours. My nasal passages remain open and I can now sleep through the night.

I have awful allergies, and sometimes I can use a whole box of tissues in a day. I tried this Zicam, and within minutes I was actually able to breathe through nose!
