This is a NEW Drive Shaft replacement for FORD F-150 REAR SHAFT that fits all the following stock 2004-2008 WITH 139" WHEEL BASE & A.T. TRANSMISSION. This is the Transfer Case to REAR Axle, Drive Shaft for: 2004 F150 P/UP 4X4 139' WB W/A.T. TRANS 4.6L ENG (EXC HERITAGE) 2005-07 F150 P/UP 4X4 139" WB W/A.T. TRANS (1PC) 4.6L & 8.8 REAR AXLE The original OE Ford driveshaft has staked in style u-joint which can be serviced but are very costly from the dealer and are very difficult to install. They require a special tool to remove the old u-joint. This kit comes with shims to make the new joint install properly and will most likely cause vibration problems due to the fact that the u-joints will not seat the way the original joints did. Our shaft comes complete with serviceable and greaseable u-joints and is a fully balanced witch eliminates the need for the need for round dampener on the transfer case yoke. Before ordering please verify proper fit of approx. 59 1/2" from center to center of the u-joints, or the OE part # which will be a sticker on the tube with one of these OE numbers: 4L34-4602-JB or 4L34-4602-JA. If your length is different please contact us. Our shaft comes complete with serviceable and greaseable u-joints and is a fully balanced witch eliminates the need for the need for round dampener on the transfer case yoke. This NEW Driveshaft is complete, balanced and ready to install. It's measurement is approximately 59 1/2 " from the center of the front u-joint to the center of the rear u-joint This Driveshaft comes with a 90 day Warranty. Warranty valid under normal use only (snowplowing, mud pulls, suspension alteration ect.) will void warranty.
