Yes they are perfect easing walking and comfortable

when wearing these I can be confident that I wont have any knock knees, personally I didn't have any extreme form of knock knees but it was still noticeable, but when I wear these in my shoes it goes away since it pushes your feet out sort of. I was it was just a bit more aggressive though. Very effective.

This item is rigid - good if you need strong support for your arch. Other insoles are softer & get softer over time (sometimes quickly) giving less support. I would recommend using this in a soft soled shoe that is spongy & absorbent (like trainers), as the combination of a soft trainer with the rigidity of this arch supporters well together.

Heavy and uncomfortable

Suffered with plantar fasciitis for 18 months. Not saying that these sorted everything out, but along with all the other stuff I did it helped

Poor quality, they flatten when you stand on them and the edges are kind of sharp.

Love this one also. Few people I’d tell and everyone loves them too.

Uso plantillas desde hace 40 años, asi que he comprado muchísimas, y puedo decir que estas son de las mejores por forma, construcción y materiales. Excelente soporte al arco y estabilización del talón. No le doy 5 estrellas porque el vendedor las recomienda para "dolor del talón", que normalmente se debe a crecimiento del calcáneo o a daño de la fascia plantar en esa zona, pero estas plantillas no sirven para eso; no sólo no tienen almohadilla de gel en el talón, sino que esa parte es igual de rígida que el resto. Esa rigidez es necesaria en el resto de la plantilla, pero no servirá a quien sufra dolor en el talón.

5 years in, everyday use and still going! I bought 2 pairs in 2020 and they still work great! I'm a waitress so I'm on my feet all night. I never leave home without these in my shoes. I remember the first time I put them on and said "aahhhhh, that feels good." I have pronation, my feet/ankles tilt inward and these completely fix that when I'm wearing them. Aggressive arch support and hard plastic so they last forever but they're very comfortable to me. Before I found these my shoes used to get worn down, holes in the bunion area and soles worn down on the inner side and my feet would hurt every night. No more foot pain for me! These inserts have been a LIFE CHANGER! Now my shoes even last longer!

Not bad for 11 dollars. They do flex a little, and I needed them more rigid to support my flat feet, so I packed underneath the orthotic. Also they needed anchoring to the shoe, or they would slip down the shoe. I'm simply ecstatic it worked, I did get the size and a half down from my shoe size, lucky I did, the heel fits really snug into the shoe, and the arch fits into the arch of My foot and not further towards the big toe like it could have another size up.

These are amazing. As a kid I broke my hip and they had to re-break it to fix it, along with naturally pronating in on my heels, plus a torn meniscus last winter, I noticed a lot going on with my lower body as I turn the corner towards 50. As soon as I put them into my good walking shoes I noticed my whole body settling in and my step, stride and posture improving. These are very hard and I was concerned about their comfort, but don’t be! My entire body feels more aligned and just in general, better. I notice when I wear sandals that I can’t put them in, I’m exhausted by end of day. Otherwise while wearing them I’m knocking out between 10-15k worth of steps without any issues whatsoever. They’ve also opened up being able to find a good running shoe. Before I really struggled to find a good arch support AND footbed in the same shoe, now I just bring my arch with me.
