I injured my foot and figured it would heal eventually, but it kept getting worse. Eventually learned I had metatarsalgia and needed some kind of metatarsal pads. I ordered a few but these were the best. They're made for your shoes but I place them directly on my foot, using the R for my left foot. I'm supposed to be icing my foot but I never do, so it's healing slowly but these pads have made it possible to walk without pain and now, a few months later, the injury is 95% better. Pros: Reusable, great adhesion, non-toxic, perfectly shaped. Cons: 1) They get gross fast, even if you wash them after every use, and at a certain point are too grimy to come fully clean and at that point they lose their adhesion and slip around. But one pack of these lasted me about three months. 2) I wish I could buy a whole pack of just the right foot shape, as I have no use for the left ones. I tried them once when the others were getting worn out, but the shape is wrong for cushioning your foot where it needs to. 3) It's hard at first to figure out where to adhere it to your foot. I still get it wrong some days. You want the beginning of the cushion up against where the ball of your foot begins—you'll feel it if it's wrong.

Easy to use and do the job Wash well Long ladting

Wanted something to make my heels more comfortable and prevent blisters. These work great, as long as you place them correctly! They’re supposed to go just behind the ball of your foot rather than directly underneath. I like to peel off just one once of the backing, stick them on and see how they feel, then adjust if needed. Great value and great product!

Excelente producto

These cushions are great because I can transfer them to other shoes. Good for collapsed transverse arch issues. Silicon is washable also.
