Happy new year😁 is this primer ok for painting on ikea furniture? , which is a laminate surface, thanks for answering my question.

Hello, this primer can be applied to laminate furniture. We recommend to thoroughly clean and lightly sand the surfaces before applying Prime All Primer.

Hi, Can this primer be used as a base coat on outdoor cement that will then be painted over with neon glow in the dark paint ? Thanks for your help :)

It should work. But I use INSL-X SXA11009A-04 Stix Acrylic Waterborne Bonding Primer.

Can I use this on ceramic tile backsplash before painting?

You can. Is this for your floor or backsplash. I would put a sealer over your final coat. Let each coat dry very, very well before you put on the next coat. Make sure you have a window open or have a fan going.

can this product be used as a swimming pool primer ?

Since I don't have a swimming pool, I have no idea if this product can be used to primer a pool. I would suggest that you contact a pool company to ask them.
