Hi, I'm Susie and I created these all-natural, high Omega-3 Breakfast Cookies after writing a history of the Omega-3 ty research: The Queen of s -- Why Omega-3s were removed from the Western diet and what we can do to replace them (University of California Press, 2006). I wanted to make something that would be a vegetarian, sustainable, and effective way for my family to boost their Omega-3s -- those heart-y, fast-acting s that are vital for every tissue and cell in our body. And I wanted it to be all natural (of course!) and super satisfying and delicious -- something that would keep my daughters (and now grandsons!) going for hours.
