Microwave cooking. Mix 45g (3/4 cupful) of Quaker Oats with 320ml (1 1/2 cups of skimmed (or semi-skimmed) milk and/or cold water. Microwave on full power for 4 minutes according to the power or heating category on your oven. Remove with care - can be hot. To Serve. 1.
